| About one year ago, Sam Thompson, Financial Director of an IT company, started experiencing difficulties in internal and external communication, as well as business relations with associates. "A few months ago, we had formed associate partnerships with two other companies, and relations were not good - distrust was one of our major problems. Most of our current personnel have worked at our company for ten years or more, which is exceptional in the IT industry. These people started feeling negative and didn't experience positive feelings regarding our newly formed partnerships", says Sam. As Financial Director, Sam could see that financially the survival of all three companies could be in jeopardy. "I had met Janet Young before and kept her business card for some intuitive reason. I decided to call her as I didn't know what else to do".
After Janet Young's assessment, the board of Blue Sky Tech started implementing her proposals. Sam says,"The first six months were tough. Janet had explained to us that the changing in energies she would bring about will have a direct impact on our relationships, finances and levels of communication. Previously suppressed negative energies might surface and things could look worse than before. In actual fact, many of the underlying problems we had with one of our associates did come to the fore and for the first time we could actually perceive the problems and manage them. If we had waited a longer period, the financial implications might have been much worse for us."
Sam is very positive about the changes that have taken place in the company since Janet's interventions. "We have had fantastic results in the last three months. Communication between employees has improved and we seem to attract the right personnel for the right jobs. The once skeptical MD of Blue Sky Tech, Dave Brown, now also sees the value of what Janet can offer. "Janet has been back for follow-ups this year, and we feel we have benefited tremendously from her interventions", says Dave.

At Blue Sky Tech's entrance door was a doormat with company logo and name on it. This doormat was removed, as people entering the building rubbed their dirty feet on it - sending a subliminal message that they are "treading" on Blue Sky Tech.

According to the Feng Shui Flying Star Chart, Blue Sky Technologies will grow financially in the years 2005 and 2006. However, a challenge for them will be the management of positive relationships between personnel. A relook at the Flying Star in 2006 were recommended, with an application of certain 'cures' for this year.
